Design
Management

A strong design management to ensure a forum between client and design team to come out with an effective design thereby avoiding the complexities of the work beforehand. As construction is being conducted, design goes through iterative changes. Constructions traditional way of working would thus have limited flexibility to changing design and design costs. Construction personnel would traditionally wait for the final design to be done before giving their input and thus make last minute design changes. Where this once worked, because design rather than construction were responsible, these last minute changes in design and construction projects not only cause construction delays, but the design and construction venture takes responsibility for these delays and the design rework. We have an integrated environment where the design intent is conveyed in a timely manner so that there is flexibility, thus, avoiding all kinds of construction delays. There is timely integration between designers and constructors including preparing them for ambiguity; last minute information, and changes. Allowances for design trials are made during construction.

Pre-Construction
Facilities

Our pre-construction services ensure maximum return on investment and include preparation, submission and liasioning with the municipal authorities to facilitate the building permits & NOC's, selection and finalizing the material specifications, preliminary budgeting, detailed designs, preparation of BOQ and costing, calling tender, finalization of tender, getting NOC and approvals from municipal authorities, preparing BAR chart & preparing QA, QC plans to name a few. Project-specific strategies to manage, control and document procedures based on our best practices and standard operating procedures. Value engineering and detailed constructability reviews to ensure optimum value for each Rupee spent without degrading performance, quality, reliability or maintainability.

Construction
Stage Services

We provide construction services that integrate schedule and cost control into day-to-day activities to keep projects on schedule and on budget. These include project management, project controls, subcontractor outreach, commissioning and start up, closeout, risk management services, self-performance, design management, and many more, such as preparation of working drawings. QA, QC works on site, cost monitoring, change orders, safety, material testing & bill payment, etc. State-of-the-art risk management tools to assess, manage and mitigate risk, and coordinate and manage all aspects of a project, including documents, submittals, change orders, client communication, subcontractor and vendor costs and schedules. We integrate subcontractors into the project team, ensure safe workplace, provide clear understanding of subcontractors responsibilities and open line of communication.

Supervision

Deputing well qualified engineers for the supervision of works and thereby achieving desired design suspects like quality and compliances. They are the engine and the anchors who drive the whole project towards effectiveness and efficiency, as well as stabilizing it with consistency and good judgment. That's why all our field supervisors have not just in-depth experience in the field but also extensive management skills in problem solving, planning, estimating, safety supervision, scheduling, controlling costs and resources, and, perhaps most important, managing work force.

Sub Contractor
& Vendor Management

We've worked with many vendors and subcontractors over the years. A comprehensive sub contractor and vendor management allow us to rate our vendors and subcontractors to evaluate and select those who are reliable in terms of their technical, financial and organizational capabilities. Pre qualifying the sub contractors and vendors, managing trade license, insurances, trade types thereby ensuring compliance of the vendors and sub contractors & maintaining database of sub contractors and vendors.

Schedule Control

We have an integrated cost and schedule control to help us clearly define project scope and build a cost and schedule against that scope. We are able to develop, track, assess and utilize project status information in order to successfully meet the project objectives. We consistently view the project budget, cost and forecast information. Having regular review meetings ensures cost and schedule control.

Quality
Control

Quality control is critically important to a successful construction project and should be adhered to throughout a project from conception and design to construction and installation. Inspection during construction prevents costly repairs after the project is completed. Various activities undertaken to ensure quality of construction such as establishing site laboratory, checking for deviations from reports & remedial measures management. The inspector, engineer, contractor, funding agency, permit agency, and system personnel must work together to inspect, document, and correct deficiencies. For all our construction projects, we make sure things are done according to the plans, specifications, and permit requirements.

Contract
Administration

This involves making decisions and the timely flow of information and decisions to enable completion of the project as required by the contract documents including review and observation of the construction project. Managing the work as per the contractual obligations in order to achieve the desired goals to the best of client satisfaction and thereby reducing the disputes among various agencies involved in the works is important. All this help us to determine that the work is proceeding in conformity with the contract documents, and also gives an opportunity to detect any inaccuracies, ambiguities or inconsistencies in the design.
